The areas in which a appraisal of malpractice can be made, are specialized fields that normally require training and specialized skills.

The dollar value amount of malpractice lawsuits is overwhelming.

Chicago Medical Malpractice Lawyer: Study Shows Doctors Can?t Pass Off Key Decisions

Dr. Joel Wallach, “Dead Doctor’s Don’t Lie” Author, to Offer Free Medical Care to Malpractice Attorneys

The AMA resolution, which asked the Association to endorse refusing medical care to attorneys involved in medical malpractice cases, was proposed by Dr. J. Chris Hawk, a South Carolina surgeon.

New York Medical Malpractice Attorney Comments on Rise of Doctors Being Monitored
